Building Code Violations
There are a number of requirements and standards related to City-Parish building codes, all of which are adopted in the Baton Rouge Code of Ordinances. Structures must be built to the standards set forth in the International Residential Code 2012 (IRC) and the International Building Code 2012 (IBC).
