Garbage Cart Needed

If you are a new resident to a newly built home without a garbage cart, please contact 3-1-1 or (225) 389-3090 with your new water account information to request a garbage cart. Once your request is processed, a new garbage cart will be delivered in approximately 1-5 business days at no cost.

If you are a new resident to an existing home without a garbage cart, call the City-Parish at 3-1-1 or (225) 389-3090 to help determine how best to replace the cart.

If you are a new resident to a home with a garbage cart that is damaged or without a lid, please contact 3-1-1 or (225) 389-3090 to submit a request to repair your cart. When placing an order for a new cart, please make sure to provide a complete and accurate address.
