Similar to inside backups, outside overflows should be reported as soon as they happen by contacting 3-1-1. Please include as many details as possible involving the nature of the overflow, your location and any related issues that may have led to the overflow such as heavy rainfall.
If you have secured the services of a plumber to address the overflow prior to our crews arriving on the scene, please submit a 3-1-1 ticket via the web or mobile system with a copy of your receipt for these services so that we can assess as part of our review of the overflow issue.
